Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sovereign Pass, a digital business card application with an AI concierge (the "Service"), operated from Belgium. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
You may create and edit one digital card per account, and choose whether it is public or private.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to soporte@sovereignpass.app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content in your profile, photo, or concierge notes.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its AI concierge.
Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. The AI concierge

Your card's AI concierge answers visitor questions using only the notes you provide — it does not browse the internet and does not invent information. However:

Responses are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be imperfect or incomplete.
The concierge is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the notes you provide it.

5. Google Calendar integration

Connecting Google Calendar is entirely optional and requires your explicit authorization through Google's own consent screen. You can disconnect it at any time from your profile settings or from your Google Account's third-party access settings. We only request the minimum access needed to check your availability and create events you initiate.

6. Pricing

The Service is currently offered free of charge during our early-access period. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will notify existing users in advance and you will not be charged without your consent.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you upload (photo, text, links). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate your digital card. The Sovereign Pass name, logo, and app design remain our property.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Pass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated answers or third-party integrations (Google Calendar, etc.).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence under EU law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app.

Estos Términos de uso ("Términos") rigen tu acceso y uso de Sovereign Pass, una aplicación de tarjeta de presentación digital con concierge de inteligencia artificial (el "Servicio"), operada desde Bélgica. Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio, aceptas estos Términos.

1. Requisitos

Debes tener al menos 16 años para crear una cuenta. Al usar el Servicio, confirmas que cumples este requisito y que la información que proporcionas es exacta.

2. Tu cuenta

Eres responsable de mantener tu contraseña segura y de toda actividad bajo tu cuenta.
Puedes crear y editar una tarjeta digital por cuenta, y elegir si es pública o privada.
Puedes solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta y datos en cualquier momento escribiendo a soporte@sovereignpass.app.

3. Uso aceptable

Aceptas no usar el Servicio para:

Suplantar a otra persona o entidad, o tergiversar tu relación con alguien.
Subir contenido ilegal, difamatorio o infractor en tu perfil, foto o notas del concierge.
Intentar interrumpir, hacer ingeniería inversa o abusar del Servicio o su concierge de IA.
Usar el Servicio para enviar mensajes comerciales no solicitados (spam).

Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que violen estas reglas.

4. El concierge de IA

El concierge de IA de tu tarjeta responde preguntas de visitantes usando únicamente las notas que tú le proporcionas — no navega internet ni inventa información. Sin embargo:

Las respuestas son generadas por un modelo de IA y pueden ser ocasionalmente imperfectas o incompletas.
El concierge no sustituye asesoría profesional, legal, financiera o médica.
Eres responsable de la exactitud de las notas que le proporcionas.

5. Integración con Google Calendar

Conectar Google Calendar es completamente opcional y requiere tu autorización explícita a través de la pantalla de consentimiento propia de Google. Puedes desconectarlo en cualquier momento desde la configuración de tu perfil o desde el acceso de terceros de tu Cuenta de Google. Solo solicitamos el acceso mínimo necesario para revisar tu disponibilidad y crear eventos que tú inicies.

6. Precios

El Servicio se ofrece actualmente de forma gratuita durante nuestro período de acceso anticipado. Podemos introducir planes de pago en el futuro; si lo hacemos, avisaremos a los usuarios existentes con anticipación y no se te cobrará sin tu consentimiento.

7. Propiedad intelectual

Conservas todos los derechos sobre el contenido que subes (foto, texto, enlaces). Al usar el Servicio, nos otorgas una licencia limitada para almacenar y mostrar ese contenido únicamente para operar tu tarjeta digital. El nombre Sovereign Pass, el logo y el diseño de la app siguen siendo de nuestra propiedad.

8. Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que violen estos Términos, avisando cuando sea razonablemente posible.

9. Exención de responsabilidad

El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Sovereign Pass no es responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Servicio, incluida la confianza en respuestas generadas por IA o en integraciones de terceros (Google Calendar, etc.).

10. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Bélgica. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales de Bélgica, sin perjuicio de los derechos de protección al consumidor que puedas tener en tu país de residencia conforme al derecho de la Unión Europea.

11. Cambios a estos Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos ocasionalmente. Los cambios importantes se notificarán dentro de la app.
